Learn the skills to create hand-tied bouquets, corsages & boutonnieres
In this class, students will learn two floral arranging techniques that can be adapted in multiple ways. Participants will take home their own gorgeous
floral arrangements, along with helpful tips on how to choose fresh flowers, keep them fresh and step-by-step instructions.
You'll receive lots of advice on all aspects of fresh flower arranging. This lesson is time consuming and very detailed, as there are more supplies needed than the other techniques.
Hand-tied bouquet: This is a versatile round hand-tied bouquet - aka The European Wrap Bouquet. Students can adapt this type of arrangement
for all different types of flowers. We like to teach this class to people who want to learn how to create bridal bouquets or just arrange flowers
they get at the grocery store or farmers’ market artfully in a vase or hand-tied with a decorative ribbon to be given as a hostess gift.
Wired Flowers: Students will work with floral wire, floral tape, flowers and greenery to create a corsage and a boutonniere.
Students can use wired techniques learned in class to create flower girl hair wreaths, dog collars, garlands and more.
